there are many different variables and factors that determine Final project cost and completion time, including but not limited too, project surface material, heavy soap scum, damage rust, repair, multiple colors, drying times etc.) These prices are intended to allow you to ballpark the project cost. Upon Contacting us we will provide you a questioner and request pictures which allows us to send you a detailed estimate. Please note we may request an in person estimate if necessary.
The process
1. prep - We create a contained environment. Everything inside the environment
not being treated is masked off and covered up to avoid any mess or overspray.
2. edge - remove overflow plate / drain plug, all old caulk, silicone etc.
3. strip - remove previously failed finish using a combination of
sanding, paint strippers and scrapers.
4. etch - a chemical treatment making the surface area
more porous to assure proper adhesion.
5. Final surface prep - Vacuum and wipe down surface areas to remove dust and debris
6. Spray application - We apply 3-4 coats of product dependent upon material
7. clean up and pack out - while the final coat dries we clean the project zone
and load up our equipment.
8. Final step - caulk required areas, offer the client a walk through
and collect remaining balance.
